Thank you for your interest in joining the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 41 serving the communities of Gainesville and Hall County.

Please download and complete the application and payroll deduction form below, then print and email it along with your completed membership enrollment documents to foplodge41ga@gmail.com.
An automatic deduction of $50 will be taken from your payroll the first pay period of February each year following your $50 membership payment when you submit membership application (a 3% processing fee is added to online payments).
Payroll deductions will remain in effect until your membership cancellation, or you submit in writing your request to cancel your payroll deductions to FOP Lodge 41 and City of Oakwood Payroll Department.
